Saturday Night Recap

The Yorkton Terriers got 2 points each from Regan Seiferling & Jared Legien but they fell on the road 5-3 to the Nipawin Hawks.

Dakota Odgers and Corwin Stevely also scored for Yorkton who got 26 saves in the losing cause for the Terriers.

The Terriers are back at it on Friday night when they host the Flin Flon Bombers.


In the MJHL,

Brett Evans made 51 saves for the Swan Valley Stampeders but it wasn't enough as they lose 3-1 to the visiting Winnipeg Blues.

Connor Navrot had the lone goal for the Stamps who are back in action on Tuesday night when they host the Neepawa Natives.

In the Wayway,

The Wayway Wolverines fell for the 2nd straight night, 3-1 to the Winkler Flyers.

Dylan Tanner had the only marker for Wayway while Wolverines netminder McKenzie Chalmers made 36 saves in the loss.

Wolverines will be back at it on Thursday night when they host Dauphin. GX94 will broadcast the game with Yorkton Dodge Junior hockey, pregame 7:20 pxp at 7:30
