Ahead of Friday's Dec 1st roster deadline, the Yorkton Terriers have made a deal to get with a Viterra division rival.
The Terriers have sent 20 year old forward & Captain Dexter Robinson (pictured above left) to the Weyburn Red Wings in exchange for 19 year old F Matthew Jones (pictured above right) and future considerations.
In 143 career games in a Terrier uniform, the Kamloops BC product compiled 14 goals 31 assists for 45 points.
This season, Robinson has 4 goals and 8 points in 25 games.
Jones, hails from Dinsmore SK and has 1G 2A for 3 points in 22 games with the Red Wings this season.
