After a 2-1 shootout loss on Saturday, the Swan Valley Stampeders came back to double up the Steinbach Pistons 4-2 on Sunday night to earn 3 out of a possible 4 points on the weekend.
Troy Quinn and Tanner McKechnie led the way for the Stamps with a 1G 1A each while Jaden Townsend and Matt Osadick also scored for the Stampeders who got a 26 save performance from Merek Pipes in the win.
Kyle Bettens and former Stampeder Boedey Vaeth replied for the Pistons.
The Stampeders continue their busy stretch of games this week playing 3 games in the next 5 nights including a Tuesday showdown in Waywayseecappo against the Wolverines. GX94 will broadcast the game with Yorkton Dodge Junior Hockey, pregame show begins at 7:20, pxp starts at 7:30 from the Wayway Arena Complex.

The Portage Terriers kept pace with the Stamps by shutting out the Waywayseecappo Wolverines 6-0.
Jacob Brown, Eli Lieffers, Jared Roy, Joey Moffat, Reece Henry, and Braden Billaney all scored for the Terriers who a 18 save shutout from Nathan Moore.
