Brayden Taschuk with 1 goal and 2 assists while Breckin Den Hartog scored his 1st SJHL goal, but it wasn't enough as the Melville Millionaires fell 4-3 in the shootout to the Notre Dame Hounds.
Noah Wills also scored for Melville, who got 33 stops from Jared Thompson in the shootout loss.
Nik Sombrowski scored the shootout winner for Notre Dame, while Kevin Anderson, Elliot Dutil and Connor Nolan scored in regulation.
Hounds netminder Austin Elliot was solid stopping 38 shots in the win.
The Mills return to action on Friday night when they host the Yorkton Terriers. GX94 will broadcast the game with the pregame show starting at 6:50PM, while the play by play kicks off at 7:00PM from the HCUC.
BOMBERS 4, TERRIERS 1
Jaeden Mercier scored twice to lead the Flin Flon Bombers to a 4-1 win over the Yorkton Terriers on Tuesday night.
Jaxon Martens and Zac Smith also scored for the Bombers, while Cal Schell made 31 saves on 32 shots in the win.
Zach McIntyre scored the lone goal for Yorkton.
Kael DePape made 16 saves on 20 shots for the Terriers.
