Melville Millionaires (SJHL) relieve Adams of duties as Head Coach/GM

The Melville Millionaires have released Head Coach and General Manager Kyle Adams of his duties effective immediately.
The team made the announcement on Wednesday.
Asst. Coach/Asst. GM Jarett Waldbauer has been named the interim Head Coach and GM for the remainder of the season.
Through 55 regular season games, Melville sits last in the Viterra Division and in the SJHL, at 15-34-and-6, for 36 points that puts the Mils out of the postseason for the 2nd straight year.
The 40 year old Adams joined the Mils in October of 2018 as Asst. Coach before taking over as Head Coach/GM in November of that year when Devin Windle was let go from his duties.
Melville has a home-and-home series with the Yorkton Hyundai Terriers starting Friday night in Yorkton, and Saturday at the HCUC before wrapping up the regular season in Humboldt against the Broncos.
The Millionaires organizations wishes Adams all the best in his future endeavors.
