It was a pretty successful weekend for rinks out of the Wadena Curling
Club.
First off, Delores Syrota captured their 2nd straight Saskatchewan
Master's Womens Curling Championship after a 8-3 victory over Moose Jaw's
Lorraine Arguin in the Final yesterday (Sun) from Watrous.
Meanwhile,
Jayden Bindig and his Wadena foursome won the Optimist U18 Men's Provincial
title in Regina after a 5-2 victory over Daymond Bernath of Saskatoon.
Bindig will play in U18 Nationals this April in Sherwood Park, AB while
Syrota advances to the Canadian Masters Championships that runs next month in
Saskatoon
